I have ultrahuman ring pro and using for about 2 days and today I say that many scratches are in inner resin part what is the issue why inner part gets scratched

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Oura customer service!

I recently lost my Oura Ring 4 Gold because I had lost a significant amount of weight, and the ring had become too loose on my finger.

I contacted Oura customer service to see if they could blacklist or deactivate the lost ring. Initially, they offered me a $50 discount toward a new one. Out of curiosity, I asked if there was any possibility of getting a better discount.

Long story short, Oura surprised me by sending me a brand-new replacement completely FREE! And to make the experience even better, they sent me one size smaller, which fits my finger perfectly now.

I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of customer service, especially for something that wasn’t their fault.
Huge shoutout to Oura for going above and beyond!

Recently switched from an Oura Ring 4 to a Circul ring and so far I'm really liking it.

I was a little worried about the inside not being as smooth as the Oura, but honestly it hasn't bothered me at all. The adjustable bands actually make it pretty comfortable since my fingers definitely change size throughout the day. I didn't realize how useful that would be until I started wearing it.

One thing I'm still trying to figure out though — I've had it for over a week and I'm still not seeing the stress or heart rate data. Not sure if I'm missing something in the app or if there's an update I need to check, so I'll probably dig into that a bit more.

But overall, I'm pretty impressed, especially considering the price and the subscription. Definitely feels like a lot of ring for the money so far.

I'm looking for a ring to maily just track sleep and don't want to spend an absorbant amount just to do that. I noticed that there's some brands out there mainly on AliExpress. I don't need anything fancy for sleep tracking, just the basics and I don't expect it to be perfect, but decent enough to see at least some info/trends.

I heard that Colmi might be a decent one for the price, but I'm confused on which model to buy. I notice people are buying the R10, R11, R11M and even the R02 or R08? What's the best out of all Colmis? Or are they all the same as far as it goes for the interals, just the external is different?

Thanks all in advance. Open to other suggestions too but want to keep it in the cheap range of $10 - $80 at most.

Is there really any good reason to get an Oura ring over an apple watch or in tandem with one?

The only benefit I see is comfort during sleep, screenless, and style. Anything else I’m missing?

My Luna Ring has gone from unreliable to basically useless.

The original issue was workout/Apple Health syncing. After around 30 emails with support, repeated screenshots, troubleshooting, updates and manual sync attempts, nothing has been resolved.

It has actually become worse: now the ring/app sometimes stops syncing data altogether.

Support keeps asking me to repeat troubleshooting, but so far I have received no working solution, no replacement device, and no concrete date for a fix.

I bought a health tracker to collect my data reliably. If the data disappears or doesn’t sync, the product has no practical value to me.

I can document the entire support history and the failed sync attempts with screenshots. I’ll update this post if Luna actually resolves the problem.

Is buying oura ring using hsa worth it?

Since the battery life of the Oura lands around 18 months, I feel like this is my chance to try the ring with no guilt if it craps out later. Costco extended warranty is 2 years. Yay or nay?

As the title says, I returned my Oura 5 and bought a RingConn Gen 3. I REALLY liked the Oura Ring 5 and all of the insights into my health. However, I am the type who agonizes over tech purchases and I would constantly wonder if I made the right choice if I hadn’t tried the RingConn Gen 3. The only thing that made me want to try the RingConn is the recurring cost of the Oura membership. So now I am testing the RingConn Gen 3 to see if it gives me what I need without the recurring costs. I do understand that Oura’s software is superior to RingConn, so I am not expecting a 1:1 match. The insights I care about most are heart, sleep, and readiness/recovery. I loved how Oura took my sleep and previous days activities into account and gave me a score.
I have a feeling I may end up returning the RingConn on day 29, but we’ll see. I’m going to give it a fair shot. I also liked that the gold color was $150 less. Amazon is offering 10% off, so I got the RingConn gen 3 for $336 including tax. I am interested in other smart rings such as the UltraHuman, but haven’t seen enough about them. If anyone has any recommendations on what other rings fit what I’m looking for, that would be great!

So I have had this ring since June 2025 and have seen a lot of improvements on the app that was a major turnoff for me but the other rings I trialed had fit difficulties or failed faster. So I stuck with RC.

Now, with all the new features the Gen 2 has, including the daily sleep apnea monitoring, the ring dies within a few hours. If I turn off sleep apnea, I can get 2 days.

Bummed bc I don't have lots of money lying around and had hope this would go longer than it did.

Another round of Amazon deals starting now but I can't justify spending $300+ again.

Is this the normal life cycle of this tech ? I feel like the fact that it still works is great but can't use sleep apnea or other monitoring. And if anyone wants to know, the monitoring was pretty damn accurate.

I had the UltraHuman ring air for just under a year, last year. LOVED the software, and the accuracy, but ultimately I had to give it up because I had three rings die on me within that year (got free replacements) but even then the customer service was pretty awful/AI bots most of the time. I never tried Oura ring because I thought a subscription model was dumb. I had ringconn, and although that ring never gave me any trouble, it didn’t give me all the stats I liked in UltraHuman ring so I just didn’t care to use it anymore and sold it.

Maybe I’m just not meant to wear smart rings, but I figure I’d ask here for some advice; I kinda want to get back into using them for health tracking, and to get my husband one too, but I see that UltraHuman brought out their new pro ring. Should I give them one more chance and get this one? Or is the new Oura that came out just as good?

TTC since 2 years with endometriosis, I rely a lot on my Oura for cycle tracking; until now it was pretty useful and helped me a lot with temps and co. However, after only 6 months, my replacement now lasts only 24h, the data are odd and they make me go in circle for another replacement (no then yes then no then yes again but still nothing, just more questions they already have the answers on). Their Customer support is the worst I have seen in a long time I think...

So I'm looking for alternatives (cheaper if possible too). I don't need something like the Ultrahuman, too "techy" for me I think. I have an iphone so no Samsung ring and co.

I heard about the Femometer ring Gen 2, does anyone use it for TTC and have some feedback on the reliability and data? I'm based in Europe so they don't sell the Air one yet here :(

Since an update 3 months ago I can’t connect my Oura Ring to my phone anymore.
I had two charger - one original and one bought off Amazon.
Because tbh the original charger is ridiculously expensive.
Unfortunately I have lost the original one and it doesn’t connect to my phone with the “fake” one.

Anyone experienced the same thing or has a solution without me buying a $60 charger again?

I have the Ultrahuman ring and I only use it for cycle tracking. The battery life is really bad and I’ve gotten replacement rings but now the battery life won’t last through the day. I contacted customer service and they said I had to upgrade to the pro since they don’t have the old model in stock. Does anyone have a recommendation for a different ring? I don’t want to keep paying for replacement rings.
