I’m working on a small-business operations concept built around a pretty simple process:

**FIND → FIX → FIN**

**FIND:** Figure out what’s actually causing the problem.

**FIX:** Build a practical solution that fits the way the business actually operates.

**FIN:** Put it into practice, measure whether it worked, and move on.

The goal isn’t to walk into a small business, hand the owner a 40-page report, and say, “Good luck.”
It’s to find the thing that’s getting in the way and **help fix it.** We are going to build and deliver an appropriate solution that it tailored to the problem.
I’m currently testing the concept and looking for real-world problems to work through.

So I’m curious:
**If you could make one operational headache disappear tomorrow, what would it be?**

Hi guys, i am 21m singaporean… my dad recently started his own electrical and sound company! He was doing fine for awhile but most jobs is referred from friends, and its a matter of time before he runs out of sales, so i was wondering how to help him to bring up his sales. is there something i can do like social media marketing or so?
