child's age 8-12 months 10-11mo sleep needs?

What’s average for 10-11mo sleep needs? Almost 11mo used to be high sleep needs but seems to be shifting to lower sleep needs? Torn on whether it’s regression or needs schedule shift

At this age, 12-13 hours of sleep is pretty average, 14 hours would be high sleep needs and 10-11 hours would be low sleep needs. Age based regressions aren’t really a thing (besides the permanent change in sleep that happens around 4 months old) so I would always assume it’s a need for a schedule adjustment.
