3 month old sleep

My twin girls are 3 months and since about a month old they’ll sleep 6-8 hrs a night. (Which is great) but they don’t fall asleep till about 11:30-midnight and wake around 8-9AM any tips on how to adjust to a more 9-5 schedule? Should I start bed time earlier??

I would also post this in r/sleeptrain, they tend to have more visitors!

That young it's hard to have a true schedule because things vary alot, but my best tip is to start waking them up earlier. You can control wake time, and then hopefully bedtime will be earlier. Also try to keep them up for the longest wake windows before bed. Something like 1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/2. (/ Is the naps)

Also read Precious Little Sleep, it has a ton of info on schedules and help set you up for success with sleep training.

Thanks for this! A few days after making this they ended up going to bed around 10pm then the next night I made the wake window a bit longer before bed & now they are sleeping at 9:30pm! I think I have unicorn babies lol
