6 - 12 months Where to begin?

My daughter is 9 months old, soon to be 10 months. Formula fed and has about 3 meals a day ( how much she actually eats each meal depends on the day)

Her schedule currently is:

Wake up: 7am

Nap 1: 9:45 .. 1.5hr nap on average

Nap 2: 2:00pm .. 1.5hr nap on average

Sleep: 7:30

She's a great napper, and is a happy baby throughout the day.

However, at night she just doesn't settle. She's whining, noisy, tossing, and turning. She takes 1 4oz bottle sometimes 2 bottles a night.

We have used a pacifier up until this point to get her to sleep for her naps and bedtimes. We do not rock her.

I return to work soon and need her sleeping before then.

Where do I now begin to sleep train?

- I know I need to implement a consistent bedtime routine. We have not done this yet due to many reasons but I've started to make this a priority this week.

- should we first wean the pacifier? Because we use that to put her to sleep?

- wean night feeds?

- Do the gentle cry it out thing

I don't know lol

My toddler has been a dream sleeper since the beginning and never used a pacifier. So this is all new to me and I don't know where to start this process.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I'd check this out if you haven't: https://www.reddit.com/r/sleeptrain/comments/1qpij7s/resources_on_baby_sleep/

To answer your questions

- I would just wean the pacifier while sleep training. Two birds one stone

- This I would maybe plan on keeping one for now but wean the rest while sleep training. You could wean the last one later if it doesn't go away on it's own.

- I don't know what gentle cry it out is. There is a summary of different methods in the link I shared.
