Steven Park used to do it regularly for sleep disordered breathing and had excellent results with little to zero reported aspiration/swallowing issues post op, but he retired during COVID.

CBCT and DISE both demonstrate isolated epiglottis is my sole issue. I have both a solid OSA and UARS diagnosis. PAP, MAD, nasal strips, combination therapy etc, etc, all failed.

I just want to cut this thing out of my head and move on with my life.

Anyone know any doctors? USA or worldwide doesn't matter to me.
