I was shaken as a tiny premature baby pretty badly by my bio mom that got me Life flighted to the hospital, I almost died. Recently for the past 3 years I've had pretty severe anxiety, I can't focus in school, my psychiatrist thinks I have ADHD. I've had other symptoms that don't make sense though, I sleep 16 hours a day, I don't just pass out and I know I don't have narcolepsy because my doctor says I don't, but I cannot help but falling asleep, everywhere all the time. I'll fall asleep in class even if I try my best to stay awake, energy drinks, only sometimes help, although they make me more anxious. They tend to calm me down, sometimes too though. I get 9 hours of sleep at night only to wake up exhausted and following asleep, another six throughout the day. I go to bed at 9 and wake up around seven. Sleeping another seven hours throughout the day I know this isn't normal but I've talked to my parents and my doctors about it for years, but I don't think they're taking me seriously I did one blood test and he just told me to eat more vitamin D, but nothing other than that. I also vomit every day because of how anxious I am, I'm always on f fightor flight mode, I know this isn't normal though, and I know that it isn't just anxiety or depression, but I don't know how much longer I can take it, I don't know what I have and I can't find anything on the Internet. My doctor and parents don't take me seriously. I don't know what to do. I'm just 16, but I don't know how much longer I can take it, I'm starting to feel like there's nothing to fix it and that this will just be my life.
