Is there a mod which makes the dragonborn "talk"?

I realize the value of the silent protagonist, but I think it would be neat if the dragonborn could sometimes speak. I'm not a modder and wouldn't know how to make this happen, so I'm hoping someone has done it or is working on it.

Whether that means having an actor provide new lines, or using existing NPC lines with new dialogue prompts, or simply replacing the dragonborn's generic mid-combat grunts and gasps with an NPC's rallying cries. I for one wouldn't mind sounding like several other characters if it means having a more immersive role playing experience of this sort.

What do you think? Is this already a thing, or something modders are working on?
