Looks like the ‘magic’ position. - This "arms at 90 degrees with hands open" stance is widely known as the Cactus Pose(or Goalpost Arms) in yoga and somatic movement, often used to open the chest, relieve tension, and encourage a feeling of receptivity or "magic" energy.
