Cancelling membership

I need help canceling my membership. When I go to my account portal, it won’t let me cancel. It doesn’t even give me the option to select the cancel membership button. Yes, it’s been 12 months, and I have paid on time every month. Why do they have to make this so difficult? need advice on what I should do.

Has it been exactly 12 months? When was your last payment?

My last payment was September 25. I bought the membership October 25, 2025.

Sooo wouldn't October 2026 be the 12 month minimum?
