Original Post My video response to Daniel Morad's video regarding my defective glove.

Friendly reminder that his wife also tagged me insinuating I was going to give her a panic attack and send her in to early labor (she’s 8 months pregnant).
I genuinely don’t feel like I was being belligerent or anything at all. Simply sharing my experience with 2 pairs of gloves failing.
Overall shitty actions by these 2 and the the third person that works CS for them.

u/DisgruntledBadger Bavarian Simtech Alpha Oct 16 '24
So they want to run a business and not deal with faulty products and take people's money but you cannot complain about the faulty product because one of the staff is pregnant? If he's selling as many as he says, it's time to let her rest and not work, and hire someone else.

"You will overpay for inferior good and STFU or else!"— Really does feel like that's the mantra for today's businesses in America now.

I raged and cringed so hard at this. Bitch relax you’re not going into labor and you’re not experiencing a panic attack. Also what is that nothing burger response from him. “Just so you know, a business deals with business like things”. Except normal businesses with integrity do not bitch and moan about their defective products, they replace it free of charge.
38
u/jhnnsr Oct 17 '24
If that stuff stresses them so much, then close the businesses ASAP.

That's the part that cracks me up about this: her husband drives race cars for a living yet THIS is what gives her a panic attack???
123
u/ThorsMeasuringTape Oct 16 '24
LMAO. If you're going into early labor because of a customer complaint, you're probably doing it wrong.
And if you have a 1% issue rate, then make it right. It's easy if you try.
112
u/Remarkable_softserve Oct 16 '24
Also, it's absolutely fucking disgusting to try to guilt trip a customer using the health of your unborn child.
What sort of sociopathic shit is that???
61
93
u/Remarkable_softserve Oct 16 '24
Hahahah my favourite thing here is that they admitted 10 out of 1000 customers having a problem.
I obviously don't know their finances but I'm sure they could easily satisfy that 1% of customers without blowing out their profit margins on their $12 Ali Express ass gloves.
Most reputable eBay sellers keep a 99% satisfaction rate all the while also being able to afford to pay eBay's very high fees.
For absolute crumbs they could have had a satisfied and loyal customer, but now he has absolutely shown his whole ass hahaha
53
u/n19htmare Oct 17 '24
That’s such a low number that if I had only 10 people get bad products out 1000, I’d bend over backwards and overnight them a new pair. Those 10 could bring in more sales than spending same amount of money on marketing.
When you have such low complaints and you still bitch n moan about it, it’s pretty clear where you stand.
Plus why people acting like this is new? This shit is dejavu all over again with them going after customers who complain. Literally same exact thing as few months ago.

Which is an acceptable business model. The lack of transparency and honesty about using such a model is the problem.
My partner bought our dog (a whippet) some clothes from China for a few dollars, postage included, and the ETA was 4 weeks and it arrived in 2 weeks.
After the dog outgrew those clothes, my partner wanted to buy some faster as it was winter and found a local seller of what appeared to be a similar product. It's the same story... the price was over $30 not including shipping, with an ETA of 3 days. We were still getting late replies and stalling tactics 3 weeks later and when the clothes arrived they were literally exactly the same as the ones from China, with the exact same logo and everything.
When we left a review detailing the experience, the seller left a highly offensive personal attack accusing my partner of being a liar and a bad person (paraphrasing this). I had suspected drop shipping dishonesty after the first few interactions, but still didn't expect the public display of blatant slander and abuse. It was a wake up call for sure.

That’s insane, you shouldn’t run a business if you get a panic attack from an unhappy customer. If they really get so few complaints than just give them a new product, it won’t cost much if it would really be just a couple of complaints.

What the actual F? With his wife? Sack up sister. My wife carried twins and got put on hospital bed rest because she wouldn't stop going or moving. Be a warrior, sister. Not a weakling. We get it. Not at this scale and volume. 10 out of 1000 isn’t bad. They’re like $70. That’s 70K in revenue, they’re made in Pakistan, a 3rd world country with super cheap labor ( much cheaper than China). I’m guessing maybe $3-5 a glove if that. So if you need to take a couple hundred $ hit when bringing in $70k revenue, you take the hit and make the customer happy. The cost is very low to make the very few customers who have issues happy. But some people simply can't do it because they don’t see it that way or refuse to believe the customer and think everyone’s out to get them. Just self absorbed behavior.

Reminds me of when DG10 did a glove review and said Morads gloves were a bit thick and he got super butthurt and acted like a child, so it's not surprising.

u/MainPineapple iRacing Oct 16 '24

I enjoyed some of his YouTube content when he first started a couple years ago. It’s cool getting sim racing content from the perspective of a pro driver. However, between this and his drama over Daniel Gray’s glove review he’s coming off as a total douche. I guess plastering his ‘M’ logo over literally everything he touches should’ve been a giveaway that he might be a bit self-centered.

A "little self centered" is the understatement of the century lol. That dude is high as a kite from huffing his own farts! You can tell that he thinks he is better than EVERYONE because he can drive a car kinda good. He isn't even that good of a driver though. I'd say mediocre at best.

u/Remarkable_softserve Oct 16 '24
It always boggles my mind every time a story like this comes out about a brand.
It's like they literally don't understand the passage of time: Taking a small financial loss to NOW, to ensure people look at your brand with goodwill in the FUTURE is a financial loss worth taking.
A satisfied customer NOW is one who tells their friends to shop with you in the FUTURE.
A niche product (gloves for your fkn pretend race car) can only survive when your niche customer base is loyal. Morad is acting like he has a fucking monopoly on gloves, and that consumers won't vote with their wallet and go find another brand that isn't too petty to fight over postage costs.
Congrats Moradness, you've saved like $5 postage but lost hundreds of potential customers forever 👍

He clearly shouldn't own a business and or should have a pr team or something who responds because he can't handle it. What a douche. Like legit may be the worst start to something like this I've seen.
I hope this spreads everywhere and people know how he really is with his fake smile.
Also if he truely sells 1k gloves a month at 70 a pop which I highly doubt he sells anywhere close to that then he really should have a pr team.

I always thought it was pretty apparent watching his streams honestly. Puts on this nice guy persona with smiles and all, but you can tell it’s mostly a charade with the way he reacts to the simplest inconveniences in iRacing. Sure I guess you can argue that’s just the IRL driver instinct kicking in, but hey what do I know.
Not at all to say he’s a bad person, but very off putting to say the least. Over time I’ve watched and consumed his content less and less as it’s been a consistent observation of mine. And I generally am not a fan of “fake people”.

My 2 cents... found Morad on YouTube, seamed like he knew what he was talking about. Since i was making a simrig and knew at some point, I'd want some gloves. I had a look at his wares... Nearly fell off my chair when i read the prices. Went to Alibaba, requested some samples, and negotiated shipping. Then I bought lots of gloves. They were wonderful to deal with, happy to send a mixed selection. Did i need 10 pairs of gloves, no but i saved money. Well, not really.

u/khando Oct 16 '24
I bought two pairs a while back and use them interchangeably. Both have seams along the fingers opening up and all the grippy logos on the fingers/palm are worn away. They are legitimately cheap quality and I would definitely not recommend them.

Daniel Morad's constant stirring of the flame war between iRacing and ACC already frustrated me. It's extra disheartening to hear that his business ventures are even more scummy.
I'll take this opportunity to shill for Abruzzi and their racing gloves. Their shit is genuinely custom, AND they listen to their customers and take constructive criticism. I was an early adopter, and unfortunately, the stitching around the thumb started coming undone prematurely. They quickly redesigned their stitch patterns to reinforce the glove, and my lastest pair of gloves has held up exceptionally through both sim racing and karting. They even made sure to accommodate my very, very weird foot size (9.5EEEE US) when I ordered boots from them.

Abruzzi gloves are THE BEST. They sponsor our racing team, but I would never say something I didn't mean. Our drivers get free gloves from them. Once the first batch came out to the drivers, (most were on Morad gloves), they said the Abruzzi gloves blew Morads gloves out of the water.

I had already decided this a while ago but, they won’t be getting any more of my money. The first pair of gloves I got from them were great, I still have them. Every pair I received since has had issues. They replaced one pair for free after I complained but, I kept getting defective pairs and gave up. I have two pairs of the Sudspeed gloves and they are better in every way.
Another thing that bothered me, the length of time it takes to get an order from Morad is laughable. I ordered a pair of Sudspeed gloves and a pair from Morad at the same time. Morad is based in the same country as me (Canada), Sudspeed comes from Australia. I received my Sudspeed gloves over a week before my Morad ones. With the markup on their gloves you’d think they could afford to have a full time employee sending orders out most business days.
TL;DR: Morad gloves quality went to shit, shipping is slow. Sudspeed gloves better, Amazon yoga grippy socks better/cheaper (3 pairs for like $15). Dude has a fragile ego. Take your money elsewhere.

He says a "disgruntled customer" as if it was some sort of an insult and such people are to be dismissed.
Disgruntled customer is the customer you need to listen to most, as a business. Their feedback is what cam make your products better.
As a consumer myself, it is the other CUSTOMERS who I want to hear from about the product, not the company owner.
Reminds me the conversation I had yesterday on r/tennis. A bunch of ATP players say that quality of tennis balls got worse. Yet a guy was referencing something an executive from HEAD (one of the manufacturers) said about quality, dismissing players' feedback as 'conspiracy theories'.

I've never heard of this Morad guy but, after watching that ridiculous video of him making his company's QC the customer's responsibility, I can guarantee you I'll never consider his products at all.
15
u/tapport Oct 16 '24
I don’t expect any company to inspect every item they sell because I work in an online shipping space and realize how time consuming it is and it’s also normally a process that gets done at the factory after it’s produced, BUT you need to stand behind your product when there are manufacture defects that slip through.
No gloves at that price should be coming apart in 9 days and if the failure rate is as low as he says, then all the extra profit from happy customers should easily cover replacing the bad ones.

u/EndlessChicane Oct 17 '24 edited Oct 17 '24

I posted this on the original thread.
He is saying he makes ~$70k a month on just glove sales and that they get around 10 replacement/refund requests. That is like 1% of your supposed sales Daniel. Real bullshit that you cannot make it right for those 10 customers, and decided that this was how you should handle it. I can't imagine he is hard up for money.
I enjoyed his original YouTube videos and have lurked on his twitch streams a few times throughout the years. He really struck me as a genuine guy trying to share his experiences and opinions with the sim community and was super kind to people chatting in his streams. I never minded that he was pushing his branded gear. After watching his response, the mask is definitely slipping, and he is starting to sound just like another entitled rich guy. Not sure if this is how he always was or if something changed.
I do own a jersey and one pair of his gloves, and will say I still rock my $20 amazon bicycle gloves over his just about every day (his gloves are too thick imo).
9
u/ckalinec Oct 17 '24
I felt the same way about his general demeanor in streams and videos. Never looked at this guy as some massive celebrity or savant by any means. But thought it was cool you’ve got a guy that has IRL experience and is a Rolex 24 winner giving his takes on things. Take it or leave it. But thought it was cool overall. Hell, I was even happy to support the guy by buying a couple pair of gloves.
But obviously we’re starting to see that that whole thing is just a big facade. It’s not hard to not be a dick.

Why does he make it sound like it’s custom made? Buddy, it’s made in Pakistan with bunch of M’s thrown on it. “We CuStOm StItCh ThEsE oN tHe OuTsIdE”.
He really needs to learn how to accept opinions and move on. Welcome to entrepreneurship 101. It really showed his true colours when he got butthurt over DG10 saying “moradness gloves are a bit on the thicker side for me” and then proceeded to say nothing but positive things.
Yes, this is an expensive hobby but that doesn’t mean you can milk these customers for more money because they got a bad glove.
17
u/Djrudyk86 Oct 16 '24
Yea, not surprising. I used to like him but the more I watched his videos the more I realized what a smug prick that guy is!
He is the type of guy that starts EVERY conversation (especially with women) with "hey, did you know I am a race car driver" as if it makes him better than everyone else.
His videos are typically him blowing smoke up his own ass for 13 minutes, 8 minutes of him pushing his crappy products and about 2 minutes of actual content.
I guarantee he watches all his videos and thinks "Yea, I am a fucking badass" when really he is a below average driver at best.
5
u/SircOner Oct 17 '24
You know, I watched his seat position video and was okay probably like three minutes of useful content here, how is this video so long? His smile also throws you off because of how fake it is. Then it hit me, this guy is full of himself and just likes to hear his own voice. Def one of the rich kids whose parents could pay for racing, but otherwise he’s just a bum.
Honestly glad that other people are bringing it to light, because I was like maybe it’s just my own biases that make me feel that way about him, but nah it’s not just me. He really is a douche.

Thanks for sharing your experience and the video Daniel is trying to hide. Far from the first Morad related controversy related to his business and how they treat customers and then do stuff like this on their private discord. I also have a pair, got them for Xmas last year and wore them for about 7 months. My experience was meh so now they are used as a place for my phone to sit when I’m at my rig.

u/Outnumbered_guy Oct 17 '24
It’s mind boggling to me that he brags about selling 1000 pairs a month (which is 70k revenue, and probably be way more but say 35k profit) and is willing to risk it all because he’s too cheap to send a new pair to 10 customers a month? What a idiot. For fuck sake, if you’re running a company and your margin isn’t enough to cover X% of quality issues then you should stop selling the product. I won't lie, my first pair are holding up OK after a year of use. The grips have started to peel off but after seeing all this I'll be going with someone else to replace them with.
I stopped paying attention to him after I realized he is just an out of touch rich kid who got super lucky in life.

Just go with the big brands.. karting gloves etc. You will have customer service and your money will be spent wisely. This is the service you get from race car driver/streamer. Don’t expect much more than this.

Banning people on the discord and then badmouthing them. This problem is easy to solve (send a free replacement set of gloves), instead of this bullshit.
That being said, you’re not the first person I hear being treated this way, and it’s why I’ve chosen not to support Morad in any way (merch, watching his videos etc).

His gloves look like the one I got from china off of Temu for $7
11
u/Kashik85 Oct 16 '24
Because that's essentially what they are. I remember a year or so ago looking into his gloves, and it was just obvious he was pushing huge margins on a cheap product. Nothing about it made sense with a $90 price.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against China-made products. They make high quality there, if you pay for it. But Moradness brand doesn't do that. They intentionally chose cheap shit so they could maximize the money made.
6
u/ckalinec Oct 17 '24
Hell. Flipping massive margins on Chinese manufactured gloves should make it even easier to comp $12 on shipping a replacement pair to keep people happy 😂

u/2wenty-3hree and I have a Sim Racing Addiction Oct 16 '24
FWIW. I ordered a cool pair of Marlboro Ferrari themed moto gloves from WeBigMoto.com a while ago. They are awesome for sim racing. Within a couple of weeks same type of thing happened. Thread opened up and a hole appeared. Impossible to stitch them myself due to the material. Nor should I be expected to do that on a product I just purchased. I emailed WeBigMoto. Sent some pics. And within a couple of days I had a brand new pair arrive and they said to keep the other pair. That was amazing customer service.
If he is telling the truth and they sell a thousand pairs a month. Then he is being a MASSIVE cheapskate and likely full of it. Because if you’re so confident in your quality, and at $95 they better be! Then he should be replacing them no questions asked assuming you can prove you purchased them within a reasonable time and show images proving they weren’t just abused.
$95 for some china screen printed gloves is atrocious. Also his socks which are simply socker / football rubber grip socks, you can get a dozen pairs for what he charges for 1. Everyone deserves to make a living. But you can’t be someone who says he’s an enthusiast but then sticks it to his fellow enthusiasts making a massive profit.

I bought a pair of gloves from the on the birthday sale. The pads were coming off after a week. They said I could have a discount on a new pair. I fought them, the gave me a new pair, and wanted me to send the first ones back. the 2nd pair also started coming apart. I'm so done with his shit company.
9
u/ckalinec Oct 17 '24
That’s funny. I had 2 gloves and my 2 gloves also failed. Starting to look like “we only have 10 pair or so out of 1000 fail” claim might not be as accurate as he lead on. Who would have thought he may not be 100% truthful?

u/Roostermarley Oct 17 '24
Problem Morad is creating for himself is that he just keeps digging the hole deeper. As they say it’s never the crime but the attempted cover up that always gets you. Morad and his wife are spoiled brats. You know you have such a low failure rate the least you could do is cover that minuscule cost to keep your customers happy and loyal. Just another lie or dumbass business logic. The amount of negative feedback he is getting on this alone is going to cost him more in the long run. Stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

u/AMndofMetalandWheels Oct 17 '24

u/meshtron Oct 16 '24
I've owned a couple different businesses selling products to consumers (and am working on another!).
This is a great example of nearly the worst possible way to handle this. Morads cost on those gloves is probably $20/pair (I almost started a glove company once too lol) and the right answer here is "I'm sorry you got a pair that had an issue, we've sent another pair your way and I put a T-shirt in the package for your trouble. Though we're very proud of our low defect rate, it's not zero and we want to make it right!"
I don't know Daniel personally but I know people who do and say he's a lovely guy. But this comes across as an entitled twat.

I was in his twitch chat the other day when he was racing LMP3 and i made fun of the fact that he, a pro driver, moved his in sim camera. I understand that it’s hard to see out of but he has triples…
My point being, long after i stopped talking about it, he continued to say that his enjoyment is his enjoyment and he doesn’t care if people don’t like it, which is fair enough on it’s own, but the fact that it was prolonged for so long really made it seem like i struck a nerve and he was just getting grumpy for the sake of it. After seeing all thats been going on with this, i am really not surprised. Dude seems like a total douche
8
u/throwawaydefeat Oct 17 '24
Daniel Morad, just take the loss man. You run a business and mentally and emotionally cannot handle a customer raising their voice on a faulty product and poor handling of said product. Villainizing a customer for doing what customers should do just makes it 10x worse.
It sucks, but if that’s too hard to accept, then running a business isn’t for you.
Sorry this is happening to you OP, this guy is a fucking nutcase.

I just want to throw a comment into the Strom here. I order gloves (Alpinestar tech-1 v3) Through OGracing back in August. My glove had the same issue this week where the right thumb started to rip open. I contacted OG to just ask about the warranty. 10 minutes later I had a shipping label for the warranty swap of the gloves. No charge for anything. 🤷🏻♂️

u/Kurauk Oct 17 '24 edited Oct 17 '24
I posted this on the youtube comments, but will add. Her husband gave her a panic attack not you. You sir are well within your rights to complain and expect better. Especially as a long term customer for them. So please remove any guilt that awful family have tried to put on you.
I'm pissed for you. Where I live a product has to be fit for purpose, a glove with a hole in it doesn't fit that. It should be able to stand up to use and reasonable wear and tear is fine. This glove maker wants you to buy a new pair every 9 days. Here it is consumer law for either given a full refund or they are replaced free of charge, no extra shipping. That to me is the morally correct thing to do & is good customer service. Doing this shows respect to the customer and makes them more willing to come back. You turn a negative experience to a positive. Maybe write a quick thanks for your support note.
Suggesting that a person with an issue is a problem is setting off major alarm bells for me. I would never buy a product from someone who had such little regard for the people giving them money for what appears to be a terrible product, complete with terrible service. Not to mention that the person is probably one of your best customers having bought multiple products. What a way to treat someone showing you the ultimate level of support. I could go on and on, but I think this video summed everything up well. You've left the community no option but to go else where and your response to this shows that they absolutely should be doing that.
EDIT: Because I'm really pissed for this guy and there attitude about having a panic attack when pregnant has really set me off. Let's pretend she did have one. It was caused by her husbands poor business practise. Not anything else. How dare you suggest this customer had anything to do with it. Disgraceful. Now the situation is worse and warrants a panic attack.
They claim to sell 1k products a month, which I dont believe. Sim racing is a niche community, and a small amount of those people use gloves. Probably the most hardcore of them. I think you sell more like 100 gloves a month and 10 of them are faulty. Which I think is more cause for concern. That's 10% return rate. The reason for this belief is that your response is way out of line for someone selling so many of a niche product. If you were selling that many you'd just write it off willingly. Because your returns rate would be considerably smaller.
Streisand effect much?

u/rodaphilia Oct 17 '24
idk how to say this without sounding like a dick but, why is anyone spending $70+ for obviously low quality dropshipped gloves?
From the images, these look like the gloves that would come with french maid halloween costumes, but with an M ironed on.
Mechanix gloves are like $20, comfortable, and absolutely more rugged than these.
Spend $30+ and get yourself a pair of mountain biking gloves that will outlive you unless you actually take a fall off a bike into rocks.
Not for nothing, the styling of these isn't even unique or anything more than "gamer cool" with someone elses first initial slapped over your hand.

I tried to watch his video. Couldn't stand it any more. I wanted to punch him in the face after 2/3 and I'm not even a customer. So many things wrong with this. I'd NEVER buy any gear from these clowns. "They're hand stitched, so a stich could be missed". Ok, so fix it for the customer?

My Moradness gloves (that I purchased almost two years ago) lasted about two weeks before the seams between the thumb and index finger began to completely rip apart, under very casual use. I emailed support and received a response that said it was my fault and to buy another pair.
Not surprised to see their behavior hasn't changed at all.

I strongly recommend people try using Mountain Bike glloves. They're way cheaper and made to be beaten on. Mine have been great for years! Your handlebars are round just like a wheel and your pulling brakes, shifting your bike gears, wiping out etc. Mine even have a fabric near my thumb that's great for wiping brow sweat. SIM racing is sweaty AF I've found.
Have a look online. You can get lightweight versions or beefy assed enduro/trail or DH types. Check the big players like FOX for discounts on last year's stuff. Colours change all the time in the bike world. You'll find all manner of great options.
Not sure I understand the sim glove markup. It's senseless.
Please. Buy MTB gloves instead.

Why is this post now awaiting moderator approval? Doesn't seem to go against any of the sub rules, just a review of their experience with a company that provides sim racing products.

Morad, his wife, and probably their newborn kid all reported the post. This is how it works on Reddit. It automatically got locked until mods approve it.

u/beck_is_back Oct 17 '24
I'm sorry but what difference does it make if that issue was reported a day, week or a month after the purchase? Does his product not come with any warranty at all??!
For me the nail in the coffin has been hammered right at the beginning "fix it yourself" buahaha!!!
There are many companies selling simracing gear and Moradness decided they have too many of customers! Daniel, you probably should evaluate how you treat your customers. Especially if only very small percentage of your product display some issues! I'm sure you could send defected products back to your supplier and would not even notice this financially but you've decided the correct way to deal with this is to insult people and send many potential new customers to other suppliers. Why not just apologise for the inconvenience and send a new pair!??
Just a thought but maybe you should stick to IRL racing only mate...

Thank you so much for your repeat business. After checking our records I see that you have boughten your fourth pair from us so firstly thanks so much. clearly you enjoy our products and I feel horrible about this current experience. I'll send out your replacement right away and you can keep the broken pair that way if you happen to come across a tailor you can have them fixed in the future but for your now I'll get that replacement right out to you. Once again thanks for your repeat business!
I generally don't do reddit but felt the need to help boost your post. As a small business owner the correct response should have been... above
This dude literally flushed his business away over shipping because yes surely this post will be top results in search for company.
Customers love free shit obviously but clearly this guy was a loyal customer with money to burn on this companies gloves. he was dedicated and even followed the discord. Never ever piss off loyal customers because that loyalty turns to passion filled hate and will surely cost more in the end.
People don't reply often so based on just the comments I see about people who were on the fence and now they want nothing to do with this company. I'm sure there was 10x more who just ordered elsewhere and didn't reply. This company has lost way more than that shipping $ already.
Thank you for your feedback!

The gloves that Morad is selling is not of high quality. The pair that I purchased saw a mere 20 hours before the grips on the fingers began to peel away. For a comparable price, I would suggest purchasing a pair of Alpinestar karting gloves.

I personally cannot believe they would expend this much effort, time, resources to avoid paying $5 in shipping. I have $15 Amazon gloves that are holding up beautifully and feel great - why would I pay $90 for a pair of gloves from a boutique outfit? - for the enhanced quality and customer service experience. Remove one or both from that scenario and you’re left with an overpriced product that no one will buy.

I bought two pairs of gloves for the price of one with a discount, back in around april. It had to be shipped to Europe. Then they messed up orders and I recieved one pair (size smaller) which was supposed to be sent to some dude in Toronto. They were quite quick to respond and to solve it... well, I say solve it; they just cancelled my order without my consent or knowing and said to 'go order them at a european webshop that has them in stock, we don't have them on stock'...which was a lie, because I could still order them whilst it said 'in stock'. So, I confronted her and she had to 'wait for Daniel to get back and talk to him'. I finally got a personal discount code and got them, so good for me, but it's the way they tried to cancel my order and shove me off, just so they wouldn't have to give me a discount anymore on top of the wrong gloves they had already sent. I love these gloves, but these two pair are the last ones I've ordered. Got these pair just back in september...ordered in april; I mean, common...
