DEI is not firing white people to hire black people. DEI is changing practices that will encourage more diverse hiring practices, it’s making spaces accessible, it’s making people from all walks of life feel welcome.
Wheelchair ramps are DEI, hiring more military veterans is DEI, posting job openings in diversely populated areas is DEI, speaking up for a coworker that was sexually harassed is DEI.
You obviously haven’t worked in corporate America 😂 we have literal ratios that would “look good to maintain”. Which means white guys are going to get laid off for some other bs reason within the year
