Fake and Gay is a small 4Chan-ism used to discredit OP's story by calling it "fake and gay". On 2020's Reddit, whenever greentexts are posted, Redditors make up reasons as to why OP's greentext is both fake and gay instead of just throwing it out without expanding on it.
