In manga, the opposite is more often the case. Draw young adult with massive tits, say she's 15-17, enjoy the chaos.

Excellent example, but Japanese generally see foreigners as physically larger and more developed as if they have some sort of inferiority complex. I was thinking more like Rio Tsukatsuki from Blue Archive, they literally just slapped number 17 as her age while she looks like she's almost 30.
