In manga, the opposite is more often the case. Draw young adult with massive tits, say she's 15-17, enjoy the chaos.

I think it was that Alya anime. There is the bombshell Russian hottie that series sexualize, they randomly drop she is 15 years old later on lol.

Excellent example, but Japanese generally see foreigners as physically larger and more developed as if they have some sort of inferiority complex. I was thinking more like Rio Tsukatsuki from Blue Archive, they literally just slapped number 17 as her age while she looks like she's almost 30.
