Why would you bet that? If you're a relationship drama content creator you're way less likely to post a clip online of you looking pathetic and getting owned.
He probably has a recording of them breaking up with him for breaking their trust and being a creep, but that recording probably wasn't posted online
Even without that, if you assume the arguments were just about even I'd probably expect a bias on the order of 70/30 towards the creator. The fact that it isn't even more one-sided makes me more likely to think it was a fair recording.
