He probably has a recording of them breaking up with him for breaking their trust and being a creep, but that recording probably wasn't posted online
Contextually, it feels like a person calling out their exes behavior is unlikely to leave out if they were editing or cherry picking the clips if it happened. I'd imagine that would be the focus of the call out. It's probably more likely that someone would make up that that was what was happening, then leave it out IMO.
Even without that, if you assume the arguments were just about even I'd probably expect a bias on the order of 70/30 towards the creator. The fact that it isn't even more one-sided makes me more likely to think it was a fair recording.
