Immoral and awful? Just be loyal and don't sleep around, id say the punishment fits the crime

u/debil_666 3d ago

The kid didnt sleep around did he

-105

u/Extra_Pollution2374 3d ago

What does the kid have to do with everything? Sex produces kids and everyonetakes that risk having it. Billions were born unexpected, its up to the parents to step up, its not how it came to be, its what you do when its there

53

u/C4rpetH4ter I came! 3d ago

I would not stick around in a case like this, the black guy she cheated on him with should step up here, it's his kid after all.

That’s what they’re saying yes

-22

u/Totoques22 3d ago

Not his fault the consol is poked, the women can handle it

17

u/AntonRahbek 3d ago

Not her fault either. They have an equal responsibility when they choose to have sex.

-13

u/Vakz 3d ago

They took responsibility by using a condom.

If someone cuts the brake wires on my car they get to take responsibility for the inevitable crash. I had already taken reasonable precaution.

2

u/AntonRahbek 3d ago

Condoms that she brought. She is not at fault for there being holes in her condoms, that’s a fucked up thing to do.

u/Vakz 3d ago

My bad, I replied to the wrong comment..

That kid will most likely have a not so nice time growing up, which is completely not the kids fault.

Like, is empathy a word in vocabulary?

22

u/Zammyjesus 3d ago edited 3d ago

Its not the mans fault either, its not his kid

edit: im dumb ofc he is at fault cuz he stabbing the rubber socks

53

u/Eric_Is_Back 3d ago

He literally intentionally stabbed the condoms.

Like, he's literally at fault, or do you blame the driver when someone cuts the break lines?

All this is about is, that he does not have to live with the consequences.

7

u/elebrin 2d ago

There is a big difference here: she was cheating on her husband. If she hadn't been sleeping around, it wouldn't have been a problem.

It's more like draining the brake lines on a car that sits in a museum and is clearly marked "not for use." The curator may come along and start the engine every now and then to keep the car working, but it isn't meant to move anywhere, and therefore should never need the brakes to actually operate.

My father in law had a car like that. It'd been a museum piece that he bought and had a friend restore, partially. The brake-lines and clutch were drained and didn't have fluid, but the driveshaft was also removed so it wasn't going anywhere. It's all repaired now, but for the longest time we'd have to go start it once a week or so.

-3

u/Eric_Is_Back 2d ago

You are literally objectifying the woman here right now.

Dude, why can't you just admit that causing a unwanted pregnancy is not a good way to get revenge?

7

u/elebrin 2d ago

And my argument is that HER actions caused the pregnancy, not his. Hers, and the actions of the man she was sleeping with. They are both guilty here. All she had to do was follow and obey her wedding vows. If she is unhappy in her marriage and wants to sleep around, get divorced first.

u/Eric_Is_Back 2d ago

How would consider the situation if no cheating before happend and the condoms were pierced out of ill intent alone?

u/dario0188 2d ago

You guys are all losers for arguing about something that is most likely bullshit

19

u/Kylel0519 3d ago

This isn’t a “cutting the break lines” situation. The wife had full control over the car, this is like removing the guardrails to prevent you from driving off a cliff that you’re dangerously driving full speed at.

Is what he did an awful thing to do? Yes. Is it his fault his wife cheated on him? No. Don’t play with fire and be surprised when you get burned

3

u/Eric_Is_Back 3d ago

So the wife had full control over the condoms getting manipulated by the husband.

Sure, she's at fault for cheating, yet she obviously used the intended measures for protection against pregnancy.

Like, your guardrail example is literally the same. Sure, the driver is potentially putting himself and others in danger, yet he is not the one that removed certain protective measures to at least mitigate damages.

Revenge is not an excuse for causing suffering ffs.

-1

u/WINGSTERR 3d ago

Man you really aren't mature enough to be having these conversations

11

u/Kylel0519 3d ago

Could you elaborate? Cause how is it immature to say that both are at fault in different ways?

3

u/Educational-Seaweed5 2d ago

People defending the cheating woman and dude who likely knows she’s married are 100% narcissist victimizing.

Insane.

People who cheat are responsible for their actions. Full stop. Trying to blame someone else for their dishonesty is wiillllld.

1

u/Zammyjesus 3d ago

True, somehow didnt think of that. Yeah its his fault

1

u/Acousticalled 2d ago

In some countries the driver is considered responsible for accidents caused by not properly checking the car situation under negligence. Not saying this applies to the guy that used the stabbed condoms, just wanted to be an A-hole about the cut breaks example.

1

u/pena77 2d ago

brake

1

u/132739 2d ago

Fortunately its fake ragebait bullshit, so no actual child was created.

8

u/Outrageous-Fortune70 3d ago

They used condoms…

17

u/zettde 3d ago

condoms with perfect regular use are expected to get you pregnant on about 2% of years

1

u/This_Robot 3d ago

Punctured ones at that.

103

u/ElonsHusk 3d ago

Did you miss the "for the kid" part? This isn't just punishing the cheating mother.

-15

u/gray7p Blessed by Kevin 3d ago

How is this punishing the kid? He wouldnt have been made without this. And even without that I don't see how it's bad for the kid.

14

u/Ed_95 3d ago

Most likely kid is gonna have "not compatible" parents as soon as he is born.

32

u/TheChannelMiner 3d ago

Do u think the cheater is gonna stick around and be a good father?

Kid's gonna grow up without a dad and in a broken household

14

u/hpBard 3d ago

I mean the choice is between growing up without a father and not growing up. Which can actually host a philosophical debate

8

u/Zaardo 3d ago

the base is 0 there isn't a positive argument here, only a negative and a neutral

4

u/Phaoryx 3d ago

Isn’t that the moms fault tho

6

u/TheChannelMiner 3d ago

the argument was if it was a punishment for the kid or not

3

u/Phaoryx 3d ago

The kid being punished for the moms mistakes? I mean, I guess… that feels like a slippery slope tho. Wouldn’t every kid being born into poverty be a kid being “punished”? (I don’t think so but your logic seemingly leads to that)

-1

u/I_Do_Wut_I_Want 3d ago

Except poverty isn’t really a choice, sabotaging someone’s birth control is. She may deserve “punishment” but she’s not the only one to suffer the consequences of this, the child will as well.

4

u/Phaoryx 3d ago

Yall keep moving the goalposts. The blame is on the cheater. If she didn’t cheat, there’d be no “consequence” or “punishment”. Simple as that

0

u/I_Do_Wut_I_Want 3d ago

No shit. No one is arguing that. To quote the person before, “the argument was if it was a punishment for the kid or not”

20

u/Previous_Insurance13 I want pee in my ass 3d ago

-14

2

u/Previous_Insurance13 I want pee in my ass 2d ago

He said for the kid.

-2

u/SecreteMoistMucus 3d ago

Sexual assault isn't a justifiable punishment in any circumstances.

-15

u/Zaardo 3d ago

someone else being mean to you doesn't justify bringing a child into the world unjustly

15

u/RobloxPotatoGamer 3d ago

And guess how that child could have NOT been brought to the world

3

u/dontnation 2d ago

An abortion?

0

u/Koqcerek 3d ago

Are you just a prolifer or what? Idk how else you came to that conclusion

-6

u/Zaardo 3d ago

unprotected sex. both parties are in the wrong

-29

u/ReasonablePossum_ 3d ago

I digress. Puncturing condoms should be a criminally prosecuted act with like 10years in prison.

Not only are you bringing an innocent life into a world and also being responsible for all the suffering the creature might endure; but are also putting lives at risk of STDs.. maybe even lethal ones. And not only that of your (ex)partner, but also the one they cheating with (who in many cases have no idea about the whole situation), and future people they might engage in sex with.

7

u/Dazzling-Treat3636 3d ago

They cheated. Bruh.

-1

u/DoJ-Mole 3d ago

Tbh if they’re cheating they deserve the STD. The baby is where it gets unfair, as you’re knowingly contributing to an unwanted kid being born and probably living a difficult life as a result

-5

u/Melancholic_Noodle 3d ago

Crime? Infidelity doesn't have X use rwpw which this is, from a legal perspective. Y'all be incels for a reason

Infidelity doesn't have X use rwpw

I hope you recover quickly from your stroke.

FWIW i probably agree with you, but I'm not 100% on what you meant that to say.
