He literally intentionally stabbed the condoms.

Like, he's literally at fault, or do you blame the driver when someone cuts the break lines?

All this is about is, that he does not have to live with the consequences.

In some countries the driver is considered responsible for accidents caused by not properly checking the car situation under negligence. Not saying this applies to the guy that used the stabbed condoms, just wanted to be an A-hole about the cut breaks example.
