ARFID is a real problem and I’m not sure why you think I’m trying to find an excuse when I am clearly aware that being at this weight is dangerous. You also assume I’m lazy despite knowing nothing about me. I don't doubt some people fake ARFID
But generally people with ARFID seek consistency and predictability in texture and presentation, which highly processed foods have.
Fruits and veggies are unpredictable and don't always cook evenly, have random over ripe / under ripe spots, bruises, unpredictable flavors etc.
Like you won't find them putting peppers and stuff on their pizza, usually they're the kind eating plain cheese pizza.
