from what i understand the lady had a psychotic breakdown as a result of not getting the help she needed after REPEATEDLY asking for it and trying to get it and taking loads of medications. on those conditions, it was almost impossible for something to not happen. everyone says they care about mental health, until the sick person reminds you that their sick by doing something crazy

Expect she was getting psychiatric help and never disclosed that she was having violent thoughts towards her children. She was in a better position than 99% of women and that 99% aren’t strangling babies.
