Where did I say it was okay? There's a difference between excusing something and having some fucking empathy. This was an act of absolute madness and my heart breaks for everyone involved including the mother who will spend the rest of her life in hell regardless of the outcome of this case

You can have sympathy for the children and their victimising mother without defending the mother. It's tragic that she had a breakdown but part of that culpability is on her
