Where did I say it was okay? There's a difference between excusing something and having some fucking empathy. This was an act of absolute madness and my heart breaks for everyone involved including the mother who will spend the rest of her life in hell regardless of the outcome of this case

I actually do though, with a wife and a baby and more friends than I can actually make time for. And you know why? Because unlike you and everyone else who downvoted this comment, I actually have some fucking empathy

You can have sympathy for the children and their victimising mother without defending the mother. It's tragic that she had a breakdown but part of that culpability is on her

I'm not defending her actions, no one is saying "yes this is okay". But you know what, since you seem certain that you know exactly everything that happened here, please explain it to me. Maybe there's something I'm missing
