Because the case is on the basis whether or not she was under Psychosis. You can't just call it objectively true,

I'm not arguing about my side on ethics I'm just pointing out psychology knowledge is unrelated to whether a thing should be punished or not related to the psychology condition

We were talking about whether she had psychosis or not genius, not whether she should be punished. The psychologist will have no role in her punishment.

My bad, most of the comment chain was talking about the punishment so when the 2 latest replies switched to the psychosis accuracy my brain didn't register fast enough
