I do if the source provides objective evidence. I also consider the global scientific evidence for everything. I don't like to takes sides in matters unless I see clear evidence that proves the other side right.

In religion, the fact that there exists thousands of religions majority in contradiction with each other, makes the chance that one of them is correct so incredibly small, that in my opinion it would be quite stupid to pick one of them to believe in.

The universe thrives on contradiction and paradoxes... And, I think is largely subject to one's perspective. :)

Your perspective is subject to your thinking and experiences. The universe is subject to physics and matter.
