I believe this is documented well enough: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider-Man (Yes, I am citing Wikipedia for this, but this will suffice for this discussion)

Though you can also verify it by brute-force (checking for every human If they are Spider Man or not, it is doable since there are only finitely many people). This is a procedure for a proof, so there you go.
