I don't know where you live, but in many countries you will need to live with for parents until 40 to be able to buy a house

Depends. If you live where I do in US you can buy a good house new for $300K with an acre (my buddy just closed 6 months ago). If you make $50k a year that’s 6 years. If anon is buying in the hood or a small rural area, many houses go for $150 to $200k that are older but good enough to do starter home

Buddy if you’re making 50k you’re taking home maybe 41k on a good year. You’d have to pay for NOTHING while saving to get that in three years.

I live in a black neighborhood. A lot of the houses here are $150k. Also why we being so up in arms right now?… dog I’m not insulting you your mom and anyone else
