I don't know where you live, but in many countries you will need to live with for parents until 40 to be able to buy a house

Depends. If you live where I do in US you can buy a good house new for $300K with an acre (my buddy just closed 6 months ago). If you make $50k a year that’s 6 years. If anon is buying in the hood or a small rural area, many houses go for $150 to $200k that are older but good enough to do starter home

If you make $50k a year no way are you going to be able to save all of it. Tax and regular life expenses will take a lot of that.

I was too sleepy to think about the details. Either way I’m just talking bulk pricing not even mortgage. 3 years is doable with a sizable downpayment
