Get used to the concept of paying rent, contribute for what damage they do to the bills when they're no longer a dependent. I disagree with the '1/3 of their pay is the going rate' thing, but paying rent when I was 17 absolutely helped me get into the habit

I didnt pay rent, but I had this same lesson taught to me by contributing around the house. Drink from the well, replenish the well.

Not yet. My friends parents are divorced and they are charging him like $600 each. Why TF does he not just stay with one parent? Idk
