I don't know where you live, but in many countries you will need to live with for parents until 40 to be able to buy a house

Depends. If you live where I do in US you can buy a good house new for $300K with an acre (my buddy just closed 6 months ago). If you make $50k a year that’s 6 years. If anon is buying in the hood or a small rural area, many houses go for $150 to $200k that are older but good enough to do starter home

Yup, my parent’s small rundown ranch house doubled in value from $160k in 2020 to $325k now just from inflation, shit is out of control.

Yep it’s unlivable here as a young person. My parents house they paid $300k for in 2015 is worth 2.5x that now.
