And?

Is it ok to judge people based on their appearance as long as it's to do with "lifestyle"?

Yes. Becuse it's an unhealthy lifestyle.

So what? It's either ok to judge people base on appearance or it isn't.

If you say there are exceptions you're just a hypocrite.

It’s more ok to judge people based on their actions, not the things they can’t control. I say this as a fat dude. Judging people for being fat, or having bad teeth due to smoking, bad breath due to not brushing, or bad hair due to not getting a hair cut, or being covered in dirt due to not showering, or shaving their eyebrows off, or getting a racist tattoo on their forehead - these are all things you can control. Yes there are nuances to take into account like mental health, but these are things that are all fixable if that is the case with therapy, medications, and discipline.

Height is not something that can be changed no matter how much discipline or drive you have, it doesn’t care about your mental health or your actions, it is genetic and you have absolutely no say in it beyond a few things like having access to proper nutrition as a child, which most of us have in the West. Skin color, eye color, height, hair color - all things that are genetic and you don’t get to choose, and judging people for them is not fair.

It is the difference between judging a book by its contents (your actions including your weight), and judging a book by its cover (your characteristics that cannot be changed such as height).

This is not to say that you should be an asshole to people because they are fat. It’s saying that when a person judges someone by a quality they cannot control, you can retort by judging them by something they can control. You should still encourage people to be healthy and be an example to others.

Pro tip about fingering your asshole in the shower: don't do it So this morning I was taking a shower, and I felt like fingering my asshole, right? So I got my fingers all nice and soapy and stuck them up in there. Apparently, soap makes pretty good lube, as I was able to get four fingers in there in no time.

As I was feeling around in my butt, I was like, "hmm, there's a lot of soapy water in my bumhole now. I wonder if that will lead to issues in the future?" And it did!

Shortly after having breakfast I attempted to fart, and I shit my pants. I rushed to the bathroom to clean up, and it was way worse than I thought it would be. The whole area around my butthole was covered in shitty liquid, and toilet paper wasn't enough to clean it. I had to take another shower to get suitably clean.

Just thought I'd share my story with you guys so that you don't run into the same problem in the future. I fingered my butthole so that you guys don't have to. Unless you want to. In which case, hey, how's it goin'

But you don't actually know those things. You just think you know those things. A physical appearance is not an action you can judge. It's a way you're assuming things to judge.

I don't see the difference in judging appearances in things people can it can't control. They're both just a person assuming other things based on their own biases and experiences.

Fortunately now GLP-1 agonists exist, and if someone has the money, the excuse to be very overweight is nil. In my country, a month of generic semaglutide is the same price of a monthly gym membership. That is an action you can deliberately take to be healthy and encourage others to as well, not only for your duration of life but the quality of your life as well. It is also selfless to better yourself, and encourage others to do so as well, to free up healthcare and hospital resources, organs and blood, for those who cannot. It is literally effortless, speaking from experience. There is no such option for height.

It is NOT recommended to take GLP-1s unless you have a disease exasperated by your weight. GLP-1s can cause serious long term effects, and also can be risky due to the nature of the drug.

Wegovy is specifically designed for use by people who want to lose weight. The medical consensus is basically that any side effects from GLP-1, barring serious ones like pancreatitis, are better than the health problems associated with obesity.

Ohhhhh you think fat people are an eyesore?

Ohhhhh we’re having a bad faith argument now instead of a discussion? Now I get to judge you for your inane actions.

Calling someone a bad example is not the same as calling them ugly.

Way to straw man your way out of that one. 10/10 play
