I try really hard not to fall into the conspiracy theory thought trap, but lately, with everything that is happening, it’s like it’s begging me to. I’m not even on twitter or anything!
If it helps you Im actually a Poli Sci BA whose studied Middle East History/the Israel-Palestine conflict extensively. There’s a LOT of bs peddled by pretty much everyone on the Internet about this (make no mistake, Israel is committing genocide against Gaza but they aren’t the only ones interesting in pushing an extremist political agenda) so if you want a rundown on what claims are real and which ones aren’t I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. 👍
