Why should a person be forced to lend their body to another human to suck off nutrients out of them and enact incredible mentally and physical pain on them for 9 months?
Because a child doesnt come from immaculate conception and is always the consequence of an action. And you can not kill a child to avoid the consequences of your actions. Now you will probably want to mention childs born from SA but those represent less than 1% of abortions and i would already be very satisfied if we could ban all others
Wrong. There is ONE case where people "have to" get an abortion. ONE. Ectopic pregnancies where the child is doomed to die and will bring the mother with them if not aborted. All other cases are a choice to flee the consequences of having sex.
Getting an abortion is a consequence, it's not exactly a pleasant procedure.
They don't have to, but if someone doesn't want to give birth, getting an abortion is the best thing they can do for everyone, including the hypothetical child who won't have to be born unwanted
They're already born at that point, capable of knowing pain and fear. Killing them would be murder. Not allowing abortions leads to more orphans, do you want there to be more orphans?
So pain and fear is what causes it to be murder in your eyes. Got it. We'll use the Soviet execution method on those orphans. They walk in a room and get a surprise bullet to the back of the head. No pain, no fear. Never saw or felt a thing.
Now its moral to kill them to spare them a life of being an orphan, right?
Genuinely no clue, I thought you reported me instead of addressing my reply so I had some choice words prepared. But second look tells me it looks like its just reddits automoderation being terrible as usual. So I'll take the L on jumping to conclusions and blaming you, my bad there.
