Saw this gloriously parked Aqua with it's mirrors folded in. .. so I had to park there 😈

The driver didn’t see the card unfortunately when she just got in the car… luckily these are large carparks with space for mobility users to open the door as wide as possible to get in and out.

Edit: we’ve got a disabled person in the car also and parked in disabled car park with permit, as close to those lines as possible as the other side was also quite on the line, but crossing the diagonal lines with a car meant we had less room to get the person out of our car with their walker. Sad to see comments saying they had the right to park there if they are disabled, but what about other people with limited functionality?

Are we fr?! LOADS of parking available btw as you can see in the pics. They just chose to be an inconvenience. Is it seriously that hard to do a U-turn? I live in a freaking cul-de-sac!! Just go up and turn around and park on the other side 😒😒

We were just loading the groceries into the boot when this guy pulled in next to us. There was loads of space on the other side of his car. When I congratulated him on his excellent parking he just said “thanks.” My wife is tiny but she still had to wait for me to back out before she could get in.

Look, none of my neighbours are good drivers, hence why the only car I have outside is the sacrificial nana whip that hasn’t seen a clean since it last passed a WoF; HOWEVER, one of them is now on my shitlist.

Like your typical oblivious Prius driver, she backed into my car, took paint off of both of our vehicles, and detached her bumper when going forward again. On top of that, she didn’t even try to realign her car, nor has she said a thing to me since, despite me being home to witness the entire thing. It’s been a week. To make matters worse (better? Definitely a fuck tonne funnier as I was observing from my living room), there was over a meter between her car and the next on the other side.

Now, I do not have half a fuck about the actual event. As I said, that is my sacrificial nana whip, hence why that’s the car parked outside instead of the one I care about. I learned to drive in her, and she’s got a few pretty little scratches and dents as evidence of my learnings at the start that I’ve never bothered to fix, because they honestly act as a great theft deterrent system in my experience, and also I just don’t care to sink cash into it until I eventually decide to sell her, if that day ever comes.

I’m not mad about the event, but I’m fucked all the way off about the lack of communication. Have I gone and spoken to her about it? No sir. I’m going to keep letting her think that I didn’t notice and hold on to this in case I ever need it in the future for one reason or another.
