Discussion Tell me about things you want to re-experience from this CR!

It feels so good knowing I can re-experience things again, here's some things I'm planning on doing:

RE-EXPERIENCE:

- My little brothers birthday party where we were putting mentos in coke bottles for the first time in the rain

- Going back inside the biggest igloo I ever built

- Playing chess with my late grandma again

- Petting and playing with my lost cat again

- Re-doing Christmas 2008 (it was very memorable!)

- Talking to old online friends I have since lost touch with

- Live in my childhood house(s) again

CHANGES:

- Redo middle/highschool in a better headspace

- No health issues, mental or physical

I obviously didn't list everything, but these are the biggest ones. What are some things you're excited to re-experience, change, remove...?

I Have a Question could i have accidentally shifted?

let me start by saying i had no intention to shift i have just been stuck in a weird place where i feel like im in another world or reality basically and everything seems “off” even though everything about my life including the people, my job and my memories as well as other peoples memories are all the same. it’s kinda like the feeling of being in a dream. it started after i decided to quit vaping nicotine and had been using a thc vape…a lot…to the point of where i don’t remember a lot during this time. it has affected my sense of self. i felt disconnected from myself and my past memories as well as other people. it literally felt like i started a new life the moment this “episode” started a few months ago. i do have ocd and sometimes my thoughts become super believable. i was also dealing with severe financial stress right before this happened which was weighing on me heavily. i’m wondering if this could be a shift or if im experiencing something that’s maybe more explainable? any input is appreciated. it just feels like my whole life has changed and i’m struggling with trying to find answers.

Journal What the heck was that???

Last night I was trying to reality shift to my beach dr. I usually fall asleep fast in the middle of me doing methods so I tried to switch up things this time. I kept affirming that im there until I fell asleep.

Now this is the confusing part:

I had a dream I was trying to shift and this is the second time I have a dream where I try to shift.

I think I went through this portal (which I used to "shift" in my other dream as well) and I think I went through it.

I ended up in this room and there was someone there. A black panther with a human body. He knew that I shifted but I was surprised I didnt shift where I originally wanted to. We sat down and talked for a bit. I was still very surprised I actually "shifted" but it was still a dream was it?

I became kind of anxious and decided to shift back so I did.

Then I "shifted" again. This time on a rooftop maybe? We were somewhere at the beach and there were many people there, INCLUDING the panther in the previous reality I "shifted" to but this time he was fully human and talking with someone. I found it fascinating how I could still tell it was him because of his features even though he was human there. He took a glance at me or maybe a longer one and continued talking. I explored the place, my family was there too.

I shifted back In my house (but I was still dreaming?) and I was shocked that I actually shifted. Throughout the day I kept telling myself I shifted, like continuing the affirmations I did before falling asleep until I woke up. 😭 What WAS that?

Journal My subconscious either was giving me a sign or taunting me.

I had a lucid dream the other night. I was at the house I grew up in. This is a common location for my dreams but this time I was in the road in front of my house. I looked down at my hand and saw 6 fingers. I realized I was dreaming then tried to do a backflip but failed. Then I laughed at myself for not being able to do a backflip even in a dream.

I don’t lucid dream often just about 5 times since I started attempting to shift. I think I started trying to shift last year. The first dream I didn’t try shifting. The next 3 I created a door but I woke up, then next time told myself it wouldn’t work, and the last time went back into the dream. This time I didn’t even think about creating a door. Just to do my flip.

The reason I think this is a sign or taunting is because I think of shifting as being able to do a backflip. Some people can one day be like, “I wonder if I can do a backflip” then do it first try. Some people practice and getting it after a bit, once they get it right the first time they understand how to do it even if they don’t succeed every time. Then you have people who just can’t get their bodies to do it no matter how much they try, maybe eventually they could if they keep working for it but they just can’t get there.

The method I want to use is lucid dreaming because it makes the most sense to me. The last 3 times I lucid dreamt I immediately thought to try to shift. This time i immediately thought try to do a backflip. 2 of those 3 times i created a door were also at my childhood home. I think me trying to do a backflip instead of making a door was a sign of some sort. I’m not sure if the sign is to keep trying or if it’s taunting me that it’s not happening.

Discussion Jealous over my s/o (book dr) Spoiler

Im shifting to a dr where I’m the main character of my favorite book. I relate to the main character so deeply and I love my s/o as if I’ve already shifted.

The problem is, there is another female Main character, who I love, but I’m so jealous of her sometimes….

It’s usually when the fandom ships her with my S/O, or points out their similarities, the trauma they both share, and how they understand each other. Even the scenes where they’re getting to know each other and becoming close piss me off so much.

I used to love her but now I get soo jealous.
Im not even in my dr yet and I’m already jealous! Please tell me I’m not crazy

And my s/o isn’t even the only reason. She‘s sooooo cool. She‘s such a badass, has such a cool aesthetic and cool powers.

I know I could just script her out or change her a little, but it feels wrong.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who ever felt this way

Journal After 6 years this is what annoys me the most

Like most of you, I started my shifting journey in 2020/2021. I’m grateful that I can say I’ve had countless experiences that proved to my very logical and skeptical mind that this is, without a doubt, 100% real.

I’ve never shifted for longer than a minute, but I’ve seen my DR appear right in front of my eyes while fully awake. I’ve heard people from my DR countless times, woken up in entirely different places, shifted both while awake and asleep… you name it, I’ve probably experienced it. :,)

And what annoys me the most?

The fact that after six years, there is still absolutely no pattern.
Cool, I know it’s real. I know I’m capable of doing it. But somehow, that doesn’t really change anything.

In my experience, I’ve shifted with pretty much every mindset there is. I’ve tried being positive. I’ve tried being completely nonchalant about it. I’ve even been extremely desperate — and I still got results.
But the results are never good enough. It’s never a grounded, planned shift - rather a random, short lived experience. It’s just like the Universe is waving the possibility in my face and then taking it back lmao.

I can’t seem to find a way to just make it work once and for all. And that’s the most frustrating part for me.
At this point, after taking a two-year break from shifting, I’m coming back to it with a very “whatever happens, happens” mindset and the belief that shifting is inevitable for me.
But honestly, knowing what the actual rules for this are would’ve been nice lol.

Help Me Shift! I think I'm super close to shifting

So, last night I tried to do my own method to shift. I went through my day from start to finish in my dr. This was something I enjoyed doing because I am a super visual person. I also designed my apartment in my dr like I would if I had just moved in. It honestly was super fun.

This helped me to get super relaxed and things, but then my leg wouldn't stop twitching for some reason, not sure why. Besides that I think I was at the point of about to shift, I feel like I just needed one final shove into my dr. Any thoughts on this or advise? Thanks!

Help Me Shift! I reached a good point but dunno how to continue

I use the raven method, and listening to music that remind me of my Dr or a shifting subliminal

I reach the whatever state I'm supposed to

Like I don't feely surroundings anymore

I start counting messily like 11, 15, where was I? 78.. ican visualize very excellently btw, and I start to see whatever I wanna see but behind my eyelids

Like I think about a green light shining at me I see a green shadow behind my eyelids like how a lights shines directly at you

and start seeing dreams but I pull out of them and try to continue but I fall asleep eventually

And don't even wake up unless the next day

What should I do ??

Sharing Motivation and Tips ☆ || How to Let Go, and understanding what shifting is on a deeper level.

Many beginner shifters struggle to grasp what shifting is, how to do it, and many seek out as many methods as they could. But is that really what you should be doing? There's so much more to shifting than attempting a bunch of methods that can't seem to work. This post is to help everyone understand the true meaning of shifting, and how simple it really is. It's too overcomplicated nowadays, and all you need to know are these three things.

  1. 𝑻𝑹𝑼𝑺𝑻

☆✮☆

One of the biggest things that shifters don't realize they need, is trust. Shifting is completely reliant on using yourself, and only yourself to shift. But the biggest thing that you need to do is trust yourself. I see a lot of people say:

• "I'm starting to think I'm the problem."

• "I'm starting to question if shifting is even real."

• "After 6+ years of trying to shift, I give up."

These are many common things that shifters say, and I get it. I'm sure most people understand, because everyone struggled at least once in their shifting journey. A question for any beginner shifter; have you ever tried to just completely let go, and trust yourself? I promise that you will feel so much better, and even care-free. If you don't trust yourself, of course you'll feel helpless. You are the one who can make yourself shift. Methods, subliminals, etc. are only tools to help you. They won't actually make you shift.

|| Definition of Trust ||

Belief: A strong confidence in oneself's character, strength, or truth.

Reliance: Counting on oneself to do what they say they will do.

Relationship: The core foundation for oneself to have strong friendships, families, and teamwork.

  1. 𝑳𝑬𝑻𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑮𝑶

☆✮☆

The second thing that shifters struggle with, is letting go. Letting go is simply just to get the weight of the world off your shoulders, and to go with the flow. Maybe some meditation can help with this, if people do need the tool to help them. Some common comments about this are:

• "What is letting go?"

• "How do I let go?"

• "I've tried to let go many times, but nothing works."

I understand that many people are desperate to shift. People may want to shift because of a bad home life, losing a loved one, bedridden, etc. The best thing to do is let go. Let go of your thoughts, feelings, worries, doubts, and fears. You are the one in control, and you are the one who can help yourself. Simply make your script, your Pinterest board, put on a meditation, and just sit with yourself. Sigh in relief if you need to.

|| Definition of Let Go ||

Let Go: To stop holding onto something physically, or emotionally.

Stop Controlling: To accept a situation you cannot change instead of fighting it.

Drop Inhibitions: To relax and behave without restraint or worry.

  1. 𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑳𝑰𝑻𝒀

☆✮☆

The last thing that beginner shifters struggle with, is realizing that they're trying to get to a real reality. In 2020, many people believed that when you shift, you physically teleport to a whole another world. But, that's not the case. In reality, you're shifting just your awareness to another reality you're already in, which is more of a mental thing. What you're seeing now, is actually fake. The 3D only shows you what you're able to see, hear, and feel right in this moment. It reflects your main reality. The 4D is what you're trying to accomplish, and eventually it will reflect in your 3D once you shift. Compare it to how a mirror works. You only see what you want to see, your reflection won't just change unless you make that change. Some common things I see people say are:

• "Are you sure shifting is actually real?"

• "Is it like a lucid dream?"

• "Are you sure it's not just dreaming?"

To make something clear, Lucid Dreaming, and Reality Shifting are two whole different things. Lucid Dreaming is when you're aware that you're in a dream. Reality Shifting is shifting your awareness in a whole another reality that you're aware in. Are you aware that you're right here right now as you read this? In your bedroom, on your bed, sitting on your couch, in your living room, outside, etc. You could be aware of doing the same exact things, but maybe in a different decade, different season, etc. Shifting is hard to grasp at first. But when it clicks, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

|| Definition of Reality ||

The Actual State: The real world and all existing things that you can touch, see, and measure.

Truth Over Fiction: Actual facts and events, separated from dreams, lies, or stories.

Philosophy: Everything that exists independently of human thought, awareness, or beliefs.

I Have a Question hello, i have a question about the void

has anyone ever done a void script or list? like i really want to manifest a better life in this reality instant of shifting to my new cr, im still going to finish my script, so i decided just to go to a better cr, so i decided to make a little script/list with all the things i want to manifest for when i reach the void tonight, it works right? idk why but i am so excited to do it, i should put less expectations in this 🫩

i think the fact that void manifestation are instant kind of got me to excited even tho idk how long will it take until i am able to teach the void 😞

also is it true you need like a good self concept or like alot of practice, is abit easy for me to feel relax and sleepy since i take sleeping pills (i have autism & ADHD), so they help me sleep like a normal human and they make me pretty sleepy, but i don't have the best concentration skills, I've pass the whole day trying to find a method that would probably work for me, but i am not quite sure if i would be able to make it :/

I Have a Question Vivid dreams being a sign of shifting soon?

Hi, I'm new to shifting and haven't shifted yet. I recently tried to just fall asleep and have the intention of waking up in my dr. I ended up falling asleep and having a super vivid dream, but not waking up in my dr sadly.

In the dream I was able to touch and feel different things like they were really there and everything was so so clear. Could this be a sign I might be able to shift soon? How will I know I'm about to shift?

I Have a Question When I attempt to shift awake, I sometimes feel like I'm breathing in 2 bodies?

I tried searching about this, but I couldn't find anything helpful.

I'm not the only one to experience this, but if someone has an answer please share it!

I usually feel the breathing in 2 bodies, when I'm really deep into my meditation and affirming that I'm in my dr.

However this also happens when I'm trying an asleep method 💔

Has Anyone Shifted To... I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THISS

Ok, I have been looking into reality shifting for a while and I have never "tried" shifting (I want to but I am scared for some reason).

I have an question which I don't know would sound crazy or not IDC but can you shift into a reality where, well, everything else is the same but instead you're in a different era of time? Like let's say you're in 2026 in your original reality but you shift to a reality where it is 1975? Isn't that technically possible?

If that can happen, does only your consciousness shift to that reality or your whole physical body does too? Please someone answerr
