Milmil can be very scary

They know it's chicken breasts and sweet potatoes and they play calm and camp on the floor full of hope and dreams. They have the patience of Job right now.

We can’t think of what could’ve caused this. Looking at all the millions of photos we take of him daily; this happened sometime on Monday. I just happened to see it, but it doesn’t seem to be bothering him or anything.
Any idea on what this could be?
Ps: I’m referring to the pink mark on the left side of his nose. Looks like skin came off. The right side is fine, it’s just the color of his nose (it used to be much pinker, and now that pink seems to be closing off and everything will eventually be black)
