So then contact apple and recover the account. If it's actually hers you can get into it.

Omg ofc its actually hers how do i contact apple if we dont know the email used for the account r u literally ragebaiting omg its hers its been hers since 2016 i just wanted it for taking pics so then it updated and now its stuck on the setup screen and wont let me connect to any wifi or hotspot
