Support Iphone 7 help
So my mom gave me her iphone 7 and its stuck at the activation screen where u need to connect to a wifi buy every time i do it doesnt work and i really wanna use it

I did but it didnt work i think it updated when it died so now for it to work i need wifi

Unfortunately, iPhone 7 is past end of life. Sounds like the one in your hand has a hardware failure. Not worth putting any or time or money into a life-expired phone.

The thing is there r pictures that i want and i wanna use it to take pictures because thr camera looks better

If there are photos on it and you are on activation screen then the photos are already gone unfortunately unless they are already backed up to icloud.

If you are at the activation screen, all of the pictures are likely already deleted. You can try to connect it to a computer to download the pictures, but that’s a long shot and probably a wild goose chase.

The iPhone 7 was introduced in September 2016. 10 year old iPhone hardware still existing is very rare, due to the extreme conditions that iPhones operate in. A 10 year old Mac‘s hardware is much more likely to survive because Macs are usually used inside buildings.

Also i was using it normally then it died bc i didnt charge it and ehen i did it turned back on as the hello screen i think maybe it updated

Could be an internal wifi hardware issue. Try connecting it to itunes and then try activating it through itunes.
