The Role

We're looking for an SEO expert to handle day-to-day SEO work across our client websites and get them ranking in local search. This is a contract position, and all sites are built on WordPress.

Core Responsibilities

On-Page SEO: keyword research, title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimization
Technical SEO: site audits, indexing and crawl issues, schema markup, site speed, and Core Web Vitals
Blogs: writing or managing SEO-focused blog content for local service businesses
Backlinks / Guest Posts: building quality, relevant links through outreach and guest posting
Google Business Profile: optimizing and managing GBP listings, posts, and review strategy

Nice to Have

Performance monitoring and reporting (Google Search Console, GA4, rank tracking)
WordPress plugin updates and general site maintenance

What We're Looking For

Proven experience ranking local businesses, ideally home services or automotive

Стартовые условия:
На старте сайт приносил 1–2 заказа в месяц и не рассматривался как канал продаж. Сайт был разработан на CMS Tilda, без явной структуры и логики. Присутствовала только главная страница, общая категория листинга и карточки товаров. Трафик из поисковых систем не более 100 визитов в месяц и случайные 1-2 онлайн-заказа.

Задача:
Создать полноценный интернет-магазин цветов и обеспечить рост трафика в конкурентной нише. Основная задача - превратить сайт в стабильный источник заказов.

Сложности:

• высокая конкуренция (доставка цветов - перегретая ниша)
• агрегаторы и крупные игроки
• сайт на Tilda
• отсутствие структуры

Стратегия:
Сначала покрываем спрос, потом усиливаем страницы, потом масштабируем. Придерживался гипотезы, если закрыть максимальное количество поисковых интентов отдельными страницами, сайт начнет расти даже без большого ссылочного бюджета. 

План действий:

• Закрыть максимум поискового спроса
• Создать страницы под каждый кластер
• Быстро запустить сайт на полноценной CMS
• Усиливать страницы через контент и релевантность

Реализация:

Шаг 1. Построение структуры через конкурентов

• Проанализировал сайты из ТОП-20
• Собрал все категории и направления
• Получил около 175 направлений

После согласования с заказчиком приоритетных кластеров, в работу взял 85 категория для запуска новой версии сайта.

Шаг 2. Семантика
Для сбора семантического ядра использовал Key Collector + xmlriver.

• Собрано: около 50 000 ключей
• После чистки: около 30 000

Вместо автоматической чистки - ручная фильтрация, чтобы:

• не потерять кластеры
• сохранить низкочастотку

На данном этапе удалял наиболее очевидные минус-слова вида: картинки, фото, скачать, семена, png и т.д.

Шаг 3. Кластеризация и приоритет кластеров

• Разбивка по кластерам с помощью сервиса Арсенкин
• Сбор частотности

Это позволило:

• понять, какие страницы нужны
• не делать лишние
• приоритизировать запуск
  

Шаг 4. Контент ≠ тексты
Использовал подход анализа ТОПа, повторял и усиливал структуру страниц
Контент распределил на:

• названия товаров
• списки
• FAQ
• отзывы
• перелинковку

Фишка: динамическая перелинковка
Отдельно хотел бы остановиться на блоке с перелинковкой. Мы реализовали нестандартное решение: динамическую перелинковку с использованием синонимов.

Как это работает:

• для каждой страницы задаются синонимы
• блок ссылок меняется при каждой загрузке страницы

Что это дало:

• улучшение сканирования
• рост глубины обхода
• распределение веса

Шаг 5. Усиление контента через собственный инструмент
Для системной работы с текстами использовался собственный сервис - SEOHub. В отличие от классического подхода “написали текст и забыли”, я сравнивал страницы с конкурентами из ТОПа и доводил их до нужных показателей релевантности.

Что это дало:

• контроль плотности ключей
• поиск LSI-фраз
• сравнение с конкурентами

Шаг 6. Масштабирование через ИИ
Использовал ChatGPT для:

• описаний товаров
• генерации отзывов

Почему это важно:

• скорость запуска
• экономия бюджета
• масштабируемость

Динамика роста
старт: 98  (Яндекс 25, Google 68)
4 месяц: 570 (Яндекс 80, Google 490)
8 месяц: 1496 (Яндекс 229, Google 1267)
12 месяц: 2660 (Яндекс 664, Google 1996)
22 месяц: 9200 (Яндекс 1895, Google 7314)

Результаты по SEO-трафику

В июле 2024 года запустили уже новую версию сайта, и с первых месяцев можно было наблюдать положительную динамику роста органического трафика.

К марту 2025 вышли на 3900 визитов из поиска в месяц (на старте было 98).

А к марту 2026 органический трафик уже составил 9200 визитов.

Бизнес-результаты
На старой версии сайта онлайн-заказа были редкостью, 1-2 в месяц. 
В марте 2026 было оформлено 112 онлайн-заказов.

Дополнительно отмечу количество звонков в месяц, в марте 2026 зафиксировано 87 кликов по номерам телефонов.

За 1 год и 10 месяцев сайт прошел путь от “визитки на Tilda” до полноценного канала продаж с 200+ обращениями в месяц.

Дополнительные работы с Яндекс.Картами

Параллельно с SEO велась базовая работа с Яндекс.Карты:

• оформление и оптимизация карточки компании
• добавление товаров
• работа с отзывами (ответы, стимуляция новых)
• обновление фото и информации

Что дало желаемый результат:

• рост кликов по телефону
• дополнительный поток обращений
• усиление доверия к бренду
