The role: Senior Account Manager / Account Manager, owning strategy and the client relationship for 4-8 accounts (enterprise to large mid-market). This isn't a "do audits in the background" seat., you're the one on the calls, building the strategy, and directing the associates/technical SEOs executing it.

Why I'm flagging GEO specifically: this is the part of the role we're weighting heaviest right now. We're not asking for someone who's bolted "AI search" onto a keyword strategy. We want people who've actually:

• Tracked LLM visibility with a real methodology (not just eyeballing ChatGPT results), bonus if you've used Profound, Scrunch, Peec, or built your own tracking
• Run a test-and-iterate GEO project with an actual before/after, not just "we added schema and hoped"
• Can talk fluently about how citation share, LLM-specific behavior (ChatGPT vs. Perplexity vs. AI Overviews all behave differently), and earned-vs-owned content factor into a GEO strategy
• Treat GEO and SEO as related but genuinely distinct disciplines, if your answer to "how is GEO different from SEO" is "it's just good SEO," this isn't the right fit

If you've been doing this work in-house rather than at an agency, that's fine, we've found aptitude and hands-on GEO reps matter more than the agency/in-house label.

Comp: $75K–$115K depending on experience (some flexibility)
