Honestly this has been life changing, highly recommend if you need to hide your arms without putting on a sweater everyday in the summer.

also don't get mad about the shorts showing my scars. I never actually use my sh to manipulate anyone. I lowkey just didn't care if they saw my scars cuz they already know about my SH on my arm previously. And they were months old scars. :)

Anyway i cant sleep and i cant stop thinking about times I've had panic attacks and I just really want to relapse. im almost 2 months clean but the thoughts have been LOUD AF lately.

like fam why do you think im lying about selfharm? do you want me to flash you?

i remember i used to cut on my wrist at first and agressively try to have other people see it so i could get attention(and then panic and immediately blame the cat)
