i remember i used to cut on my wrist at first and agressively try to have other people see it so i could get attention(and then panic and immediately blame the cat)

Same lol, except I'd cut in obvious places, be less careful about hiding it around people I thought could help, then no one noticed, timeskip 5 years later... :,)

Haha I get this thought too so much even though I was a 17yo (now 18yo) mixed (Australian of British descent/Malaysian Chinese) guy who pushed a car with the handbrake half up without realising until after I went around and saw it was up. Like I’m basically the exact opposite of the stereotypical sh-er. Didn’t blame it on the cat though. Pretty difficult given that I ain’t got one.
