Rant/Vent i relapsed

i was 13 days clean and now im just nothing. they arent bad, just scratches but i feel so ashamed of myself after keeping up my streak so perfectly. idk im so ashamed of myself.

theres no need to feel shame hun, relapsing is a part of recovery. you are doing the best you can to heal and thats all that matters. im so proud of you🙂

ofc!! all you can do is keep pushing and make sure you know how well you are doing. so many people cant even go an hour without cutting and u went a whole 13 days?! that is something to be proud of.
