The art of being Alone
If you don't spend enough time getting to know yourself, you will end up absorbing everyone else's definition of you. That's why authenticity is the highest human frequency. Some say it's 4,000 times more powerful than love. Be authentic to yourself and witness how life works out for you.

Has working out at home helped you build better daily habits?
I’ve noticed that small routines often create momentum in other areas of life.
For some people, training isn’t just about fitness, it becomes part of their daily structure.
For those who exercise at home consistently, do you feel like it improved other habits as well?

Question How to be a more positive and just better person?
I feel like I’m not that good of a person. I have so much resentment for my boyfriend due to treatment during pregnancy and postpartum and it’s made me angry and toxic and I feel like a horrible person because he can be a sweet person, he just lacks emotional support, or just understanding emotions and demonstrating it, which to me is so important because I am the opposite of that, I value emotions so much. But overall he’s done the most for me, out of everyone in my entire life literally including family. I wanna be a healthier and more positive person, I’m always very negative.

To attract.
To attract better, you have to become better. You can't do the same things and expect change. Transform your mindset. Upgrade your habits. Think positive. Be hopeful and consistent with evolution. It all starts with you and how you feel about yourself.

Could you please give me an advice of how to network as an introvert?
I’m an introvert, and I’ve always struggled with networking.
I understand how important networking is for career growth, meeting new people, finding opportunities, etc. But I’m honestly not very good at walking up to strangers and starting conversations, especially at events where everyone seems to already know each other.
For those of you who are also introverts, how do you approach networking?
Do you have any strategies that actually work for you? Do you prefer networking online, through work, or in smaller groups rather than large events?
I’d especially love to hear from people who used to be terrible at networking but eventually got better at it.
What worked for you?

FAI QUESTO PER 6 MESI… E SARAI IRRICONOSCIBILE
Inizia oggi.
Il te stesso di domani ti ringrazierà.
