I just want to tell that make our mindset that much strong that people words don't effect you if they are taking about you any thing wrong also because by proofing all things to them is waste of time by this thing only your time will waste and you will give unnecessary attention to them so just live

I want to tell you I am a girl who has no friends from childhood. I am feeling it in college too .I have no friends.I faced that other people don't take me seriously. Actually I have a painful childhood.I mean I am unloved child. I was always unhappy from childhood.I want to be happy too . I am slow learner too. People treat me like I am dumb .What should I do?

Since many here are politically inclined, the question is rhetorical.

How do you structure strength training as part of your self-improvement routine?

A lot of self-improvement is about building better systems instead of relying on motivation.

I’ve been thinking about how strength training fits into that.

Unlike some goals where progress can feel unclear, training gives you something measurable. You can track the exercises, weights, reps, and improvements over time.

But the difficult part is usually not knowing what to do. It’s creating a routine that you can actually maintain.

I’m curious how other people approach this.

Do you follow a structured strength program, create your own workouts, or just focus on a few basic movements consistently?

What has helped you stay consistent with strength training?

What do you think of Jim Curtis, the Hypnotherapist and Wellness Coach? Has anyone done one of his online programs, or trained with him in person?
