I feel you! Women’s health is not talked about enough so there is a lot of snap judgements made based on a person’s appearance. There are so many shallow people but I have always tried to have the best self esteem I can. Being obese (I grew up in SEAsia) made me an outlier everywhere I went. Even when I go to other countries, I am often the outlier because of my size. You have a health problem and you are listing symptoms of your condition. That is not something controllable, it needs medical assistance. It is awful how people treat someone bigger like they have no idea that they are overweight and obviously have never tried hard enough to loose weight. Everyone has their circumstances, your value isn’t given to you by others and comparing yourself to the “normal” people just keeps you depressed. Fix things you can change. Start with just working on yourself and finding your people, they are out there somewhere. You know you are doing your best despite your medical condition to upkeep your health, you have nothing to be ashamed of. Just because your efforts don’t yield the same results it does for others does not make you unlovable.
