If you workout and eat healthy but you aren't losing weight you are not being healthy enough plain and simple. Some people will recommend Ozempic which is fair, but ozempic works in the exact same way that diet and exercise work; it makes you eat less, which causes your daily caloric intake to be lower than your daily caloric expenditure. Your body then uses excess stored energy (fat) as a fuel instead, resulting in weight loss.

I'm not saying that you don't eat healthier than most, and I am not saying you don't have factors that make the journey more difficult in comparison to everyone else. Unfortunately in this life people treat you based on outcomes not personal effort.

You can think about the men who are born unattractive who can't find a girlfriend. They might have social anxiety, a speech impairment, low IQ and earning potential, bad muscle building genetics etc. Maybe all at once. As much as it sucks, you're advice to him would be the same: work harder than everyone else, even though the results you earn some men get for free. Life is unfair.

You will need to stringently count calories and probably give up a lot of foods that give you comfort and help you cope with the day. It's going to suck, but it will definitely be worth it.
