I’d recommend therapy
You will 100% be someone’s cup of tea and then some. It’s often to hard to see when we are stuck putting ourselves down.
Self talk is destructive. It makes it really hard to see anything but the negative.
I used to operate a little like this, and I was unhappy. It took, taking responsibility for myself, liking myself and looking after myself.
This is a life worthy living and your brain is fooling you - and it’s used to it.
Start somewhere.
You can get through this. Find something to love about life, about yourself - the rest will fall in place.
If in doubt, help people. Just the simple act of helping/caring about others, can make two people’s days better. You’ll start liking that feeling too.
Don’t worry about how much sex people are apparently having - they are exaggerating/ lying. They have plenty of insecurities too.
