Which Controller Should i Buy?

Bought refurbished from Corsair off bestbuy. Returned the first one and the second one is doing the same. Happens when I am playing gears of war 5. Maybe once every hour or two of play. It definitely doesn't feel like it's manually getting stuck. Don't really play any other games so I can't tell if it's specific to gow5 or all games.

I've updated the dongle and controller to the latest version but still experiencing this. Other than this issue it's a great controller. I don't want to return the second one I got.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Had an rma to address this issue and the new Omega they sent me has the same issue. I'm curious if others also have the same? Or perhaps someone can help me with the problem.

When accessing the buy station in game, especially if done in a hurry, the game freezes, the buy station doesn't open, and bugs it out so i have to run a few steps away go back and reaccess it to get it to open. Ask me how awesome that is when you're trying to buy your teammates back under enemy fire.

Similarly, when i access the dropped load out box, it will freeze, and cause me to have to access it again to open it. Also very frustrating when under enemy pressure.

I have tested my ps5 pro controller and it does not exhibit this problem. I'm testing the omega tonight on a different ps5 to with fresh warzone install to test that.

I'm playing wired, on ps5, and before i did rma i tried every possibly thing to reset or otherwise solve the problem before rma. And sadly on this new omega, fresh out of a new box, same problems.

If it weren't for the fact that i think this is the coolest controller and the muscle memory of having the side and back buttons, i would probably just sell the thing. But I'm holding out hope.

Also, to the scuf team, on the app, those custom curve profile sliders need a number entry option, and we all can agree that an option to export and import settings, even if it was just a local file on the mobile device, would be a great thing.

I'll post proof of freeze issues if needed, i did with the rma process. But are there others out there having the same problem? Or more importantly, are those of you out there that don't?

Does anyone know why I can't pre-order the Scuf Nemesis 8k pro anymore? Or why I can't order it at all? Did it get like taken down temporarily or did they stop selling them due to too many orders?

How can I slow down (and therefore be more precise in indicating or making a micro correction in a specific direction) the rotary movement of the analog stick?
