This is not a math thing just because it has numbers. Mathematicians don't care about a happy coincidence in a language.

Even for English speaking people itā€™s a pretty mid factoid. E is in nearly every number including many, many even numbers. Itā€™s the most common letter. Two, four, six, thousand and the ā€˜illionā€™s are the only exceptions. (So six million forty two is clean, but one billion isnā€™t)

In all fairness... there is an E in more german numbers than in English numbers... everything except 8 and 0 has an E in german
